Perfect texture, flavor, and smell. We have built an ecological family creamery in the heart of Asturia's province - in the North of Spain. It is located at a family's farm, where they have been producing cheese since 1910. We have our own cows, which allow us to have world-class quality milk.
Our Best Blue Cheese is crafted with precision, using only the finest ingredients. Each kilogram is made with twelve liters of pasteurized cow's milk, resulting in a cheese that is both rich and creamy. THE MASTERMIND BEHIND OUR PROJECT
Valero Alises, our brilliant chef and innovator, is the mastermind behind our project. He was recruited by Saboré, one of the best restaurants in North Florida, and set off on an American adventure. Among his many culinary accolades, his victory on the popular cooking competition show "Iron Chef" stands out as a shining achievement. It was during this time that Valero discovered a gap in the market for a world-class blue cheese. He saw the opportunity to bring a high-quality product to the American public and shared his vision with the family. Together, we made the decision to pursue this venture and create a cheese that would truly satisfy the American market. Using their expertise and experience, they have crafted a perfect blue cheese that is sure to delight and impress.
